Dating

One of the pretty colleagues asked yesterday;

Jino. I notice you are different recently.

Shit. Sorry I use a cheap toothpaste and now I smell bad.

No! Not that.

I drink too much water that my face looks rounder?

NO!!! I notice that you have lunch every day.

Describe please.

You have a habit to eat on your workstation for lunch. Either you spend your lunch time in the banks or you take quick nap. Yea you hardly have your lunch break.

I notice for the past 2 weeks, at least 2 weeks, you were away every day for lunch.

Err like that also you noticed?

Don't deny, Jino. Are you in relationship?

It's not official, but he calls this dating.

_________________________________________________________________________________

What am I to you?

You don't want to rush to relationship. We are not just friends. So we are more than friends?

I am merely more than friends? !@#$%^&*()

Trust me, he got so disappointed with my answer. I thought dating is equal to relationship. Can't be helped, can I? Just have to go along with his definition.

On another note, I noticed that there are several readers out there who had been reading this page more often than not. To the readers whom I will not name, thanks for dropping by and making contact. Sorry for procrastinating in the posts, I hadn't had the leisure time after CNY. Shall keep you posted.

Project 55.5 - Part 18

10th December - 10:30 p.m. (PST)
Just return from dinner in Metrotown. It is a quick dinner with Dex who lives nearby. The portion of the food is much larger than my appetide and the price is unexpectedly much lower than in Malaysia. This is the most satisfying meal in Vancouver thus far.

CAD 6 for 5 pieces of mouthful salmon sashimi. CHEAP!
CAD 7 for 7 pieces of large tempura, Sushi Garden, Metrotown.
Too much for me.

Dear FY,

He offers to lend me his bed tonight. Just hugging. No harm. But my conscience says no and I follow it. We're too tired and I need to leave early to Squamish the next morning. Before we part, he gives a peck on my cheek. The lips are moist.

A good bye kiss that reminds me of that night.

The night I expressed my feelings.

To you.

Part of me is excited with Squamish tomorrow. But to think another night is passing without a word from you again. Depressing.

My phone beeps. It's a reminder on the stage play "ONS" at KLPAC.

Project 55.5 - Part 17

10th December - 4:30 p.m. (PST)

The bridge is cold. It's free entry. This place's freezing cold!

Most of the time I can't tell if it's raining or not. When I exit Lynn Canyon Park, I find my dick stuck to the jeans while The Time Keeper in my bag was soaked wet. I would like to continue hiking the trail if my legs didn't screw up the day. I can feel the pain when I bend my left knee.

The temperature. This happens when it's cold.

If this was Thailand, I would grab one boy and get the massage started.

Have you forgotten? Or you're busy?

It's LL, another guy I know from Jackd when I am in Canada. Sitting on a rock nearby the stream, I reply in guilt. I have forgotten our date.

It's ok. You don't always need to know where you're going.

His reply makes me feel less guilty, though I don't quite get it. Oh yes there's wifi in the jungle! Amazing coverage.

In the ecology centre.

My favourite Christmas tree in Lynn Village. Believe is the right attitude! I'm all wet.

10th December - 10:43 a.m. (PST)
I opened my eyes this morning to see the room mates leaving. Hopefully I will be all alone tonight. Wishful thought. Not that I can bring anyone back.

You'll need raining gear today.

He says, Vincent.

If I have not texted you by 5,please call 911.

Do you need help?
Are you lost?

A man asks. He places his hands on my shoulder and pulls himself closer. Still analysing the bus route on the wall, I explain my plan to visit Lynn Canyon Park.

That's the bus you need. Now ride and remember... Peter's Road.

People here are just too helpful. Amazing!

In the Seabus to north Vancouver.
Cilantro and Jalapeno, Lonsdale Quay.
Lonsdale Quay Market.
